Built on Care and Experience

The Spring of Life Healthcare was founded by Kadir Butucha, an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing, mental health, and community care. His vision was to create a service that delivers high-quality disability support while maintaining genuine compassion and respect for every individual.

With years of experience across hospitals, aged care, and community settings, our leadership brings a deep understanding of both clinical care and personal support. This ensures that every service we provide reflects professionalism, safety, and a strong commitment to quality.

Meet the Director

Kadir Gude Butucha is the founder and Managing Director of The Spring of Life Healthcare, established in 2020 with a focus on delivering high-quality care and meaningful outcomes for participants. With a strong background in healthcare and leadership, he brings a structured and practical approach to delivering Disability support in Clyde, Victoria, ensuring services are reliable, safe, and aligned with individual needs.

Under his leadership, the organisation maintains clear systems, strong governance, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Regular reviews, defined processes, and a focus on accountability help ensure consistent service delivery while supporting both participants and staff in a professional and respectful environment.

Education and Qualifications

Doctor of Ministry (PhD) with a specialisation in Marriage Counselling  

Deeper Bible College, California, USA – Graduated in 2023 

This program focused on advanced theological concepts and practical counselling techniques, equipping me to provide effective support in marriage and relational dynamics.

Post-Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing 

RMIT University – Currently enrolled 

This diploma program is enhancing my clinical skills and knowledge in mental health care, preparing me to address complex psychological needs in various healthcare settings.

Post Graduate Certificate in Theology

Harvest Bible College – Completed in 2015 

The program provided an in-depth understanding of biblical principles and their application in various ministry contexts, enriching my pastoral care approach.

Bachelor of Nursing

Victoria University – Completed in 2013 

This comprehensive undergraduate program equipped me with foundational nursing skills, critical thinking abilities, and clinical expertise required for patient care across diverse healthcare environments.

Certificate IV in Nursing

Victoria University – Completed in 2009 

This certification provided essential training in nursing practices and patient care, setting the stage for my healthcare career.

Director of Nursing

Spring of Life Health Care – Current Position, since 2020 

In this role, I oversee nursing operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while implementing best practices in clinical governance.

Registered Nurse (RN)

St Vincent’s Hospital (Public) – Victoria – Employed since November 1, 2010 

I have dedicated over a decade to providing compassionate nursing care in a public hospital setting, honing my skills in acute patient management and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Monash Health (Kingston Centre) – Employed since 2014 

As a permanent RN for the past 13 years, I specialise in patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning, working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Enrolled Nurse

Belmore Nursing Agency – Casual employment for 5 years 

I gained diverse experience across various healthcare settings, enhancing my ability to adapt quickly and provide high-quality care under varying circumstances.

Patient Care Attendant (PCA)

 My role involved direct patient support, assisting with day-to-day activities, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout their care.
